• Unlimited Plan - For $20/month, you get unlimited AI Humanizations and 15 AI Writer Generations per month. You can process up to 2,500 words at a time, and it comes with advanced AI Detection Bypass. If you pay for the whole year at once, it's $11/month billed as $132/year.

1. Their Humanizer Tool Works:
   • The Humanizer tool helps make your AI-generated text look like it was written by a human. It also helps bypass AI Detectors more often than not. But there are issues with their AI Detection claims, more on that below.
    
   • Their Humanizer also provides 3 modes - Easy, Medium, and Aggressive. Aggressive helps you bypass detectors but often changes the meaning of the text (makes it too verbose and long). Easy keeps the text readable but often fails AI Detectors.
 
2. Quick Loading & Easy to Use:
   • Fast Access: One thing everyone loves is how quickly the website/tool loads. Nobody likes waiting around, especially when they’re in the middle of a project.
    
   • Just 2 Buttons: They just have 2 buttons - "Humanize" and "Check for AI", making the tool easy to use and fast.
 
3. Content Generator:
   • Idea Generation: The content generator is good for brainstorming new ideas and topics for writing. You can pick the subjects and citations you need, and it'll generate the first draft for you.
    
   • Grammar and Spelling Check: They also provide a content editor with grammar and spelling checks. You can edit their AI-generated content and it catches mistakes and helps you clean up your writing.

Phrasly AI Review - Where Does it Fall Short?

• Scammy Charges:
  • Unauthorized Charges: Some people even get billed months after canceling. You think you're done with them, but nope, they keep charging your card.
   
  • No Refunds: The company hides behind its "no refund" policy, even when you cancel right away. It's super frustrating when you can't get help with a simple refund.
   
  • Hidden Fees & Limitations: The free trial isn’t really free. You get just a tiny taste of the service before a pop-up appears. Clicking the "upgrade" button during the trial can automatically enroll you in a yearly plan without clear warnings. They don’t clearly show how much you’ll be charged.
 
• Awful Customer Service:
  • Unreachable Support: Trying to contact their customer service is like yelling into the void. The buttons to reach them often don't work, and even when they do, you might not get a helpful response
   
  • Rude Behavior: Some users even report being treated rudely by customer service. It's bad enough that the product doesn't work, but being treated poorly adds insult to injury.
   
  • Gaslighting Customers: Some users say the support team even tries to gaslight them, making them feel like they’re at fault. Being gaslit by Phrasly wasn't on my bucket list for sure. Not to mention, their refund & cancellation issues we've talked about before.

  • Still Flagged as AI: Even after using the Humanizer tool, texts still get flagged as AI-written by other detectors. I tested the tool with 12 AI-Generated texts - 4 essays, 4 blogs, and 4 papers, 3/12 still failed detectors after Phrasly's humanization.
   
  • Awkward Text: The Humanizer tool is supposed to make your writing sound more human, but it often makes it sound too verbose, especially if you're using the tool in Medium/Aggressive mode.
   
  • Tough to Read: The humanized text is tough to read, so you may bypass AI Detectors, but your reader wouldn't appreciate the text you end up with.
 
• Credits Vanish Every Month:
  • Unused Credits Go Away: If you don't use your credits on time, you lose them. Now you need to pay again for the same credits next month.
   
  • Even if you pay upfront for the whole year, you don't get all your credits upfront. They allot limited credits each month that doesn't carry over to the next month.
   
  • Limits on Words per Input: Also, they limit the number of words in a single input. For example, if you need to humanize a 3000-word essay/blog, you need to run Phrasly 2 times.

  • Fake Partnerships: Phrasly says they partner with universities and offer refunds if AI detection fails, but these claims are false.
   
  • Hard to Cancel: They advertise a cancel-anytime policy, but users report they keep getting billed even after they try to stop the service.
