“I'll give you the abstract version of my experience: Apps are not contained in one easy to use UI. I was confused, and perhaps missed (that's a design issue), how to use the various tools without needing to bounce back and forth between desktop tools and online tools. The Sentence setup tool is sub par. You can use something like the academic phrase bank and get better results. They refuse all refunds in the ToS. Unfortunately, I did not read it all and my location does not mandate refunds by law. So SOL there. Lesson learned, but that should have been a huge red flag for me. In terms of cost-benefit analysis: Slightly less expensive than other options, but that shows. AI tools and recommendations noticeably lacking, but does not justify the price difference compared to other tools.
