• Helps Bypass AI Detectors: StealthGPT claims to bypass AI Detection (especially Turnitin) and it helps you do that. But there are a few issues, more on that below.
 
• Content Generator: It not only helps you humanize the content, but it also helps you generate the content. While you could just use ChatGPT for this, having content generation inside StealthGPT is quite convenient.
 
• Easy to Use: The humanizer and detector are pretty easy to use and fast.
  They also have a Chrome extension that you can use directly on any website/blog.

5 Big Mistakes StealthGPT Makes

• Incoherent and Nonsensical Outputs: StealthGPT might dodge AI detection, but it often churns out gibberish that makes no sense. The writing it generates might avoid AI detection, but it's so badly written that you wouldn't want to use it for anything serious.
 
• Poor Customer Service: If you run into issues, don’t expect much help. Their staff are unreachable and often unhelpful. Users also report trouble with canceling subscriptions and getting refunds.
 
• Struggles with Long Text: If you're working with longer pieces, StealthGPT might not be the best option. People have tried using it for longer articles or essays, and the tool just couldn’t handle it, often crashing or producing errors.

• Pro Plan - Now, if you’re ready to shell out $25/month, you get everything in the Essential plan plus some cool extras like chatting with Stealth and support for over 100 languages. It also throws in Extreme Stealth Mode, which sounds fancy but makes you wonder if it’s worth double the price.
 
• Business Plan - This one's a whopping $50/month. You get everything in the Pro plan, plus a couple of extras like an SEO Writer and third-party integrations, which aren’t even available yet.
 
• Should you buy StealthGPT? Well, not so fast. The biggest catch is that your credits vanish each month if you don’t use them.

StealthGPT Review - What Does it Do Well?

1. Helps bypass AI Detectors:
   • StealthGPT’s biggest claim to fame is how well it avoids AI detection, especially with tools like Turnitin. If you're using AI to write your papers, this feature helps keep you out of trouble.
    
   • I tested the tool on 12 pieces of text - 4 essays, 4 blogs, and 4 papers, and then ran the humanized text through popular AI Detectors like AIDetectPlus, GPTZero, etc.
    
   • It bypassed these detectors 9/12 times, failing mostly on longer texts. Whether you're in college or high school, this tool might help you avoid getting flagged.
 
2. Built-in Content Generation:
   • Stealth Writer: You can use their StealthWriter tool to generate the first draft for your essay/paper. The quality isn't great but good for brainstorming and convenient.
    
   • SEO Writer: Here it helps you write blogs "optimized" for SEO. I tried it but the functionality is pretty basic, it writes content around a few keywords. Getting SEO content right takes much more - it DOES NOT help with keyword-based outline, image SEO, tags, internal & external linking, etc.
 
3. Easy to Use:
   • Different interface per tool: The UI is straightforward, with different screens for each tool. For example, the Humanizer tool has just one button, which is pretty easy to use.
    
   • Chrome Extension: They also have a Chrome extension that works on any website/document. This means you can humanize your text where you write.

StealthGPT Review - Where Does it Go Wrong?

• Incoherent and Nonsensical Outputs:
  • While StealthGPT does help avoid AI detection, don’t be surprised if the humanized text is just a jumble of words that don’t make any sense. Imagine writing something clear and then getting back a mess that’s almost impossible to read.
   
  • I humanized 12 different texts, it often produces text that feels like a bad translation, with sentences that don't connect or make any sense.
   
  • One user said they ran over 10,000 words through StealthGPT in different modes, and not a single output was professional or useful—just nonsense that made them wish they’d never tried the tool in the first place.
 
• Awful Customer Service:
  • Impossible to Cancel: The subscription is really hard to cancel. One user reported that the support team played email games and then flat-out refused a refund. Getting a refund is nearly impossible.
   
  • Almost non-existent Support: If something goes wrong with StealthGPT, you’re likely on your own because their customer service is practically non-existent.
 
• Struggles with Long Text:
  • Crashes on Long Input: I tried to rewrite a 1,500-word text multiple times, but StealthGPT kept failing, it's clear that it’s not reliable for anything substantial.
   
  • Weird Punctuation & Grammatical Errors: Especially on long texts, users have described the tool's output as looking like it was written by someone just learning English.
   
  • Sometimes still fails AI Detectors: The humanized text still fails AI Detectors 30-40% of the time, especially for longer texts. (1000+ words)

• Shady Business Practices:
  • Banned for Feedback: Many users reported being banned from StealthGPT’s Discord server just for mentioning that the tool doesn’t work well, which makes the company seem more interested in silencing criticism than helping customers.
   
  • Money Grab: As I mentioned above, users almost feel trapped in the subscription, their refund and cancellation policy is a scam. Once you pay, you're never getting that money back.
 
• Locked in a Subscription:
  • You Pay Even When You Don't Use: You need to pay every month, even if you don't use it.
   
  • Limit on Daily Uses: Although you have unlimited credits on all their plans, there are limits on daily uses. For example, the Essential Plan is limited to 50 daily uses.

Is StealthGPT Worth It?

• Reason #1: Nonsense Output: The humanized text is often just a jumble of words that is impossible to read. While it bypasses AI Detectors, you can't use it for anything serious.
