We messaged the writer regarding this and were told to get in touch with Support Team, they simply did not want to hear what we had to say. So, we contacted support. I told them that the written document did not deliver as set out - A) They fraudulently stated they had written all the words which is a blatant lie as we provided the template to start with. B) We found that they had copied web articles (albeit changing a few words so it would not get detected by any plagiarism tools). We lost all confidence and asked for the support team to cancel and refund this order, they said they could not do that.
