  • If you try getting a refund, it's basically impossible. Even if you cancel just an hour after paying, Editpad hits you with their strict “no refund” rule and just shuts you down.
   
  • They mostly ignore your refund requests and don’t really care if you’re not happy. You can send email after email, but nobody actually helps you out or listens.
   
  • I tried asking for my money back the same day I bought premium, and they flat-out said no. So, your cash is gone the second you pay them.
